Eminence Intellitech ("we", "our", "us") operates eminenceintellitech.com, including the Eminency product pages, and this Privacy Policy explains exactly what happens to your personal data when you use this website — the forms you can submit, what each one does with your data, and how to exercise your rights under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act").

Under the DPDP Act, you are the Data Principal (the person the data is about) and Eminence Intellitech is the Data Fiduciary (the entity that decides how your data is processed).

1. The Forms on This Site, and What Each One Collects

This website has two places where you can submit personal data. We only collect data at these points — nothing is collected passively beyond basic cookies (see Section 3).

Contact form (/contact) — collects your name, email address, subject, and message.
Eminency early-access form (/eminency) — collects your name, business name, city, phone number, business type (optional), and how you heard about us (optional).

No payment or purchase is currently processed through this website — we do not collect any payment/checkout data.

Each of these forms now requires you to explicitly tick a consent checkbox before it can be submitted, confirming you agree to this Privacy Policy. We record the time you gave that consent alongside your submission.

2. What Actually Happens to Your Data After You Submit It

Contact form: your submission is sent as an email to our team's inbox via our email provider. We do not store contact form submissions in any database or file on our servers — the email itself is the only record.
Eminency early-access form: your submission is saved to a private records file on our hosting server (used to track early-access requests) and emailed to our team so we can follow up with you.

We do not sell, rent, or otherwise share your personal data with anyone outside of what's described above.

3. Cookies

This site does not currently use any analytics or tracking cookies. A cookie consent banner is shown on your first visit so that, if we enable any analytics in the future, it will only load after you click "Accept All" — if you click "Reject Non-Essential", or make no choice, no such cookies will be loaded. You can change your choice at any time using the "Manage Cookies" link in the site footer, which reopens the banner. This Privacy Policy will be updated if that changes.

4. Third-Party Services Used on This Site

We use the following third-party services to run specific parts of the website. Each processes only the data necessary for its function:

ImageKit — stores and delivers images/files used on the site.
Our email provider — delivers the Contact form and Eminency lead notification emails.

5. How Long We Keep Your Data

Contact form submissions exist only as emails in our inbox — there is no separate deletion schedule beyond normal email retention, and you can ask us to delete a specific email thread at any time.
Eminency early-access entries are kept in our records file until your request is fulfilled or you ask us to remove your entry. We do not currently run an automated deletion schedule for this file — removal is done manually on request.

6. Your Rights

Since we don't maintain a customer database, exercising your rights is straightforward — email us at business@eminenceintellitech.com and tell us which form you submitted and roughly when. We will then, as applicable:

Show you what we hold about you (the relevant email or leads-file entry).
Correct inaccurate details in that record.
Delete the email and/or leads-file entry.
Stop contacting you, which withdraws your consent for further processing.

We aim to acknowledge and resolve grievances within 30 days.

8. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. The Eminency early-access records file is stored on our hosting provider's server and is not publicly reachable through any page or URL on the site. Access to the email inbox and hosting dashboard where your data resides is restricted to our team.

9. WhatsApp and Email Contact Buttons

Many of our pages — the homepage, case studies like Tappit, and product pages — include "Chat on WhatsApp" and "Email Us" style buttons that open a WhatsApp chat or your email app addressed to our business contact details. The first time you click one of these buttons, a short pop-up asks you to tick a consent checkbox confirming you agree to this Privacy Policy before it continues; once you've agreed, later WhatsApp buttons won't ask again, and separately, later Email buttons won't ask again either. Once you click through and send a message, your WhatsApp-linked phone number or email address (whichever channel you used) becomes visible to us as the person who started that conversation. We use that contact detail only to follow up on your enquiry — the same way described in Section 2.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if the forms on this site or how they handle data changes. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
